Malvern Cello #2 – Berries and Damson
A premium liqueur that is bursting with zestiness and a carefully balanced sweetness.
Bilberry, strawberry and damson are steeped in our neutral spirit to create a luscious base. Berries are then separately distilled using Holywell Malvern Spring Water, before being blended with the newly created base spirit. The resulting spirit is carefully sweetened to create a perfectly balanced flavour profile – not too sweet, not too sharp.
A 100% handcrafted and authentic liqueur, that’s full of flavour and adaptable in how it can be enjoyed depending upon your mood.
The spirits comes in a 50cl bottle, 24% vol.
The perfect summer tipple:
Traditionally created as a digestif, enjoy Malvern Cello #2 neat over ice. Best served cold from the fridge.
Alternatively, serve long with soda water or lemonade, over a heap of ice, garnished with a thin slices of strawberry.
You may even like to try a short measure added to Prosecco, to make your fizz that little bit more special. Or why not drizzle a little over ice cream or sorbet?
