Malvern Cello #1 – Lemon and Pink Grapefruit
A premium liqueur that is bursting with zestiness and a carefully balanced sweetness.
Italian lemon peel is steeped in our neutral spirit to create a luscious base. Pink grapefruit and lemon peel are then separately distilled using Holywell Malvern Spring Water, before being blended with the newly created base lemon spirit. The resulting spirit is carefully sweetened to create a perfectly balanced flavour profile – not too sweet, not too sharp.
A 100% handcrafted and authentic liqueur, that’s full of flavour and adaptable in how it can be enjoyed depending upon your mood.
The spirit comes in a 50cl bottle, 24% vol.
The perfect summer tipple:
Traditionally created as a digestif, enjoy Malvern Cello #1 neat over ice. Best served cold from the fridge.
Alternatively, serve long with soda water or lemonade, over a heap of ice, garnished with a thin slice of lemon zest or grapefruit zest, or a couple of fresh mint leaves.
You may even like to try a short measure added to Prosecco, to make your fizz that little bit more special. Or why not drizzle a little over ice cream or sorbet?
