Malvern Gin - French 75
The French 75 cocktail is an old-school classic. Wonderful as a welcome drink when hosting guests or a pre-dinner drink.
To make a single serving:
- Pour 25ml Malvern Dry Gin, 20ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup with 3 – 4 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 – 15 seconds.
- Pour through a strainer directly into a champagne flute.
- Top up with sparkling wine or champagne.
- Garnish with a thin twirl of lemon zest.

Malvern Gin - Pink Gin
Harking back to the 1800s, the pink gin cocktail makes for a great aperitif. It’s incredibly easy to make and always looks great in the glass.
To make a single serving:
- Put a heap of ice (large or small cubes) into a glass and pour 50ml Malvern Dry Gin over the ice.
- Add 3-4 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Give a little stir. Garnish with a thin twist of lemon zest.
Why not try making it into a slightly longer drink?
- Serve in a taller glass, topping up with 100ml of soda water (to keep the bitterness edge) or premium lemonade (for a slightly sweeter flavour).

Malvern Gin - Berry Fizz
A simple play on the traditional gin and tonic, packing in some extra fruitiness.
To make a single serving:
- Pour 50ml Malvern Dry Gin, over lots of ice, into a tall glass. Add a generous serving of sliced berries – strawberries and raspberries work well and look great in the glass.
- Add 2-3 dashes of elderflower cordial and a light squeeze of fresh lime or lemon. Give a gentle stir, helping to release a bit of colour from the berries.
- Top up with 100 – 150ml of premium Indian Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime.
